Things will start on Monday 13 June, with the reception for the new issue of Firenze Made In Tuscany Magazine, hosted by Rolex and Maserati.

Tuesday 14 June, at the Fortezza, reception at the C.P. Company stand organized with Jaeger Le Coultre; a meeting with the press for the presentation of the new collection by A. Testoni and the relaunch of the historic brand that was established in the 1970s, S. Moritz. And, in town: the Volta Footwear event in cooperation with Vibram that will certainly liven things up at the magnificent Giardino dell’orto dei Semplici: at Colle Bereto a cocktail party with DJ sets celebrating the U.S. brand Blauer, and the Instituto degli Innocenti in Piazza SS. Annunziata will be the venue for the presentation of the “Mabro” and M57 Collections.Pitti Uomo

Wednesday 15 June: at the Fortezza, the event at the Mason’s stand to present the new high- end line and the capsule collection, Etichette profumate. Around town, a full calendar of events: in the morning, the Sala Blu, a historic venue on the first floor of Fuligno will host the launch of the new collection, AI_ by Andrea Incontri. Then, starting in late afternoon, the U.S. Polo Assn fashion show at the Loft in Piazza del Carmine, the presentation of the new Technobohemian collection at the Eredi Chiarini luxury store, and Synthetic Fashion event by Mario Luca Giusti at the Armando Poggi design boutique. Bugatti Brinkmann will be celebrating its 50th with a dinner party at the Circolo dei Canottieri di Firenze; Harrys of London will present the new ad campaign with renowned London illustrator, Chris Burke during cocktails at the Hotel Savoy. And late in the evening: the cult event for international dance since 1987, the 50th L’Altro Uomo Party!.
Thursday 16 June, the events at the Fortezza will include the G-Star breakfast, in the Raw Gallery, to present the new Limited Edition RAW Prouve? collection produced with Vitra starting from the archives of cult designer Jean Prouve?, to the press. The events off the Fortezza grounds include the Everlast dinner party with fashion show at The Beach, at Forte dei Marmi – produced in cooperation with Sky.
And, more…, Friday 17 June, just for Pitti Uomo, the by now traditional rendezvous with the WGSN Trend Seminar in the Conference Room, in the Monumental Area.
And, every day at the Fortezza: Slowear will be showing a mini-capsule collection that will only be available at Pitti Uomo – this unique collection is the personal interpretation by two IED students of the R.E.D. world.
Just to mention some of the other events around town: Monday 13 June, a reception for the opening of the first Le Sete di Jaipur, single-brand store in Florence; Tuesday 14 June, the Emilio Pucci boutique on Via de’ Tornabuoni will host an exclusive reception; at the Circolo dei Canottieri di Firenze a cocktail party will celebrate the launch of the Fashion Valley Project. Still on Tuesday: cocktails for the recent opening of the Maliparmi boutique in cooperation with Firenze Made in Tuscany Magazine – which is also the media partner of “Florentin Party” by Gianfranco Lotti that will be presented on Wednesday evening 15 June at Palazzo Gianfigliazzi. Wednesday, 15 June, Tommy Hilfiger for Bass & Co. will launch the new Penny Loafer in cooperation with Luisa Via Roma with an artistic installation created by Felice Limosani. Thursday, 16 June in the ballroom at the Galleria del Costume, Palazzo Pitti, OmA Osservatorio dei mestieri d’arte dell’Ente Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze will present Litizia Pagliai’s book: La Firenze di Giovanni Battista Giorgini. Artigianato e Moda fra Italia e Stati Uniti (EDIFIR – Edizioni Firenze).

And… on Thursday, 16 June, Doni & Associati will present an event/divertissement dedicated to the Nine Wine project investigating possible links between wine and fashion through a view of contemporary lifestyles and esthetics, at the Doni & Associati studio.
On 15 and 16 June the Fendi Boutique will host the FAM event with a series of live performances to discover “Fatto a Mano for the Future” – a project that brings together craftsmanship, art and design.
