If you’re planning on coming to Florence in the near future, if you’ve already been to Florence, if you are in Florence, you have to check out Le Vespe cafè. This modern cafe in the heart of Florence is the brainchild of owners Gaia and Selena, that we had the pleasure to meet and interview.
Personally, nothing beats the Logan an amazing breakfast burrito that’ll have you begging for more breakfast burritos, plus no one in Florence makes a good breakfast burrito, except Le Vespe Cafe.
Keep in mind that the place is only open for lunchtime, so if you’re jonesing for some really good and healthy American cafe style food, get there real early cause it’s the place to be, it gets packed real quick, and for a fair reason.
