I had my second cooking lesson with my half-Italian friend, Kelle, and we learned how to make homemade ravioli from scratch! I mean, what’s more Italian than that? We had a few of our friends over and had such a great evening together. The best part about ravioli is you can basically add whatever ingredients into the fillings that you like, added to ricotta of course!

The finished product!

We made a parmesan and pruscuitto, pear and brie, and spinach and ricotta ravioli fillings. They were out of this world. I think after putting all of the hard work and time into cooking, it tastes that much better. I can’t wait to go home and cook this for my family. Making homemade ravioli would also be a great date night for couples!
